Pre-requisite:
- IFS Level 1 or equivalence. For those unable to access IFS training with practice groups, please let me know to receive an alternative.
Online Group Learning:
- 40 Weeks of Live-Online Learning
- Mondays, 2 hours, Group Discussion/Didactic
- Thursdays, 2 hours, Small group triad practice/Demos
160 Total Hours
Three Retreats – 7 Days in United States
- Group 1: April 20-26, 2025 August 10-16, 2025 November 9-15, 2025
- Group 2: June 8-14, 2025 September 12-18, 2025 January, 10-16, 2026
- Group 3: July 13-19, 2025 October 12-18, 2025 February 7-13, 2026
**Arrival and Departure time is 3:00 pm. All retreats are residential.
Group Learning Sessions require students to complete reading and/or viewing assignments. Video selections include presentations by leaders in the psychedelic medicine field.

Package Includes:
- 12 months of weekly online didactic/learning and triad/demo sessions (152 hours)
- 3 7-day retreats including:
- Ceremony Sessions: Each participant will have an individual session held by the group.
- Preparation and Integration support
- Experience holding space for expanded consciousness healing
- Room and Board
- Course videos and articles
- Certification as a Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Practitioner
Does not cover the cost of travel; you will be responsible for your own flights
Deposit:
- $3,650 ($3,500) non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking – after review of application and notification of acceptance.
Payment Installments:
- After paying the initial deposit, you may opt to pay the remaining balance over the course of 3 monthly payments.
- All deposits due by December 30, 2024.
Refunds and Cancellations
Please note that all payments made towards the Heart of Healing Apprenticeship are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason. This policy is in place to ensure the commitment of all participants and to cover the costs associated with organizing the retreats.
Additionally, each payment reserves a spot in the retreat specifically for you, and we may not be able to fill the space upon cancellation. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

Applications are being accepted for Heart of Healing Apprenticeship Training Program. Please note that all attendees will be spaceholders and must be familiar with the IFS process to the extent that they are capable of:
- Recognizing when you are personally activated
- Offering initial care to your parts
- Unblending from activation
- Access personal Self energy
Upon acceptance into the Heart of Healing Apprenticeship program, we will ask you to pay the initial, non-refundable deposit within 2 weeks of your acceptance date.
